To block a lost card, sign in to your account in the Gallery Beta Cafeteria under the “My Account“ menu. Once you click on it, you will see a drop-down “My Profile“ menu, which contains some other options, including the “My Cards“ option. You can order your new card here. The card will be delivered to your HR department.

If you entered a wrong PIN three times upon payment at a partner’s establishment, your card would be blocked. Please call our Customer Support department at 241 043 111. After verification of your identity, your card will be unblocked and a new PIN will be sent to your email registered in the system. If you have no email entered in the system, the PIN will be sent via email to a contact person from your HR department.

You cannot exchange credits for cash. You can use them only within the network of our partners.

Go to www.gallerybeta.cz/en/ and enter your login and temporary password (sent to you along with your card). Once you sign in for the first time, you need to change your temporary password. We recommend having your email or mobile phone number entered in your Gallery Beta (your work email is placed in by your HR department so please enter your private email yourself) and a security password for easy user’s identification when dealing with unblocking your card, forgotten PIN or login.

You can check the validity of credits after signing in when you see the “Number of Points“ next to your name on the main page. Once you click on „My Account“, you will see a drop-down „My Profile“ menu on the right side, which contains some other options, including the “My Accounts“ option. Click on that and your accounts will be displayed along with their validity.

Once you sign in, the “Number of Points“ will be displayed on the main page right next to your name.

The options of use = the categories in which you can use credits are displayed on the main page, such as the HOLIDAYS, HEALTH, SPORT, CULTURE, EDUCATION, BOOKS, VOUCHERS and others. Once you sign in, click on “My Account“ and you will see a drop-down “My Profile“ menu on the right side, which contains other options, including the “My Accounts“ option. Here you can see the breakdown of accounts by the categories.

After signing in, you can view the summary of your transactions in the “My Account“ menu. Once you click on it, you will see a drop-down “My Profile“ menu on the right side, which contains some other options, including the “Transaction History“ option.

By the Gallery Beta card at the store

  • You inform the cashier that you wish to pay for the selected benefits or services using the Gallery Beta card. You provide the card or dictate the card number to the cashier. The cashier then requests two of your PIN positions randomly selected by the Cafeteria system and enters the amount to be authorized. If you have enough points in your Cafeteria account, the points are immediately deducted from your account and the benefit is thus paid for

By purchase in the e-shops operated by our selected contractual partners

  • In the “e-shops“/Pre-orders option, you can order a benefit or service directly from the Gallery Beta Cafeteria by filling in the order form attached to the respective benefit description. The system will generate an order number and you then claim the benefit based on the order number from a selected partner.

By ordering from the Gallery Beta Cafeteria

  • The order through the “Credit for Benefit” payment method, as well as in the “Pre-orders“, works only with the partners who only accept Unišek+ paper vouchers but not the Gallery Beta cards (you will be able to identify them when searching for an establishment in the system).

By ordering the Unišek+ vouchers in the Vouchers category

  • The order of Unišek+ vouchers (only for users who have the Vouchers category permitted by their employer). On the main page, the employee will fill in the order form via the “Vouchers“ button. The time and place of delivery depends on the contract made with the employer.

The current list of our contractual partners and establishments can be found HERE. When searching for an establishment, it is possible to choose the “Select Payment Option“:

  1. By the Gallery Beta card at the store
  2. By the Gallery Beta card via e-shop
  3. By ordering from the Gallery Beta Cafeteria
  4. Unišek + (by ordering via the „Credit for Benefit“ payment method) or directly by ordering Unišek+ in the Vouchers category

Once you sign in, go to “Other Gallery Beta Services“ and click on the “Request to Add New Partner to the Network“ option. Fill in the requested data about the partner you wish to add and click on the “Send“ button.

You can generate a temporary password. Sign in and click on “Generate Temporary Password“, which will take you to “Generate Temporary Login“. You must always fill in your card number and registered email so that your identity could be verified. You will receive the login information (password and login) to your email. The password is one-time and valid for 7 days. You must change it after you have signed in for the first time but the login remains the same. If you are not sure or have no email entered in the system, please contact our Customer Support department at 241 043 111. Once your identity is verified, you will receive a one-time password generated by the system. If you have no email entered in the system, the password will be sent to your HR department.

If you forgot your login, please contact our Customer Support department at 241 043 111. They will verify your identity and give you your login. If you wish to have the login sent by email, go to “Sign In“ and click on “Generate Temporary Password“, which will take you to “Generate Temporary Login“. You must always fill in your card number and registered email so that your identity could be verified. You will receive both login and password to your email (the login remains the same but the password will be different. The password is one-time and valid for 7 days. You must change it after you have signed in for the first time).

If you need to retrieve your PIN, sign in and click on “Generate Temporary Password“. This will take you to an option to click on “Send the PIN to a card by email“. It is always necessary to fill in the card number and registered email so that your identity could be verified. If you are not sure or you have no email entered in the system, please contact your Customer Support department at 241 043 111. They will verify your identity and send your PIN to your registered email. If you have no email entered in the system, your PIN will be sent to your HR department.
